Welcome to www.vetwork.app website and Vetwork app, which is a service provided by the Vetwork Trading Company ("www.vetwork.app") through which you can choose services for your pets and reserve an appointment online to provide the best care for your pets. The site allows you to search for and find services suitable for your pet's type. The Vetwork Trading Company is a Saudi company (Commercial Registration No. 1010602871), with its head office in Riyadh. We ask that before offering, buying and/or selling any of the services and reservations with us, you carefully read and accept the following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") that govern the service ("Service") provided by www.vetwork.app ("the site") and/or the Vetwork mobile application ("The Application") referred to in the scope of service in clause (2) description of the service of the terms and conditions of the service. www.vetwork.app and/or the Vetwork mobile application reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of the website and/or the mobile application constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions and any amendment to them. If you want to take full advantage of the service and be regularly informed of news of offers, tickets, reservations, occasions, and events, you can subscribe by entering your full and accurate personal information. 1- Registration

To register for the service, the user ("The User") must complete the registration process available on the website and/or the mobile application and obtain his/her/their personal authentication credentials. The user acknowledges and guarantees that all data and personal information provided during the registration process are current, complete, accurate, and correct. The user agrees to inform the website and/or the mobile application of any changes to his/her/their data immediately. The user authorizes the website and/or the mobile application to verify the accuracy of the personal data and any other information provided to the site and/or the mobile application and undertakes to cooperate with the site and/or the Mobile application during this verification process. The user registers on the website and/or the Mobile application by creating an account consisting of a password, e-mail, and mobile phone. The user is solely and independently responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the data and activities that are carried out on the site through the username and password. All operations performed through the user's username and password will be attributed to the user for this process and requests. 2- Description of the Service

• Users can view, browse and book appointments for his/her/their pets.
• A user is someone who reserves an appointment for his/her/their pet(s) offered on the website/mobile application.
• The website and/or the mobile application are entitled to fees taken from the user for each sale, plus the currency value of taxes applied in each respective tax region.
• Once the registration process is completed appropriately, the user will have full access to the website and/or the mobile application service, which allows the user to browse, view, and book appointments and reservations without the need to make another connection to any third-party Internet sites.
• The site and/or the mobile application have the right to withhold the amount until the validity of the ticket and/or reservation is confirmed for benefit.

3- Website Usage - Purchase Orders

The user acknowledges that he/she/they is acting in person when using the website and/or the mobile application The user is not permitted to modify, reuse, copy, distribute, transmit, reproduce, publish, grant a license, use, create derivative tasks or functions, transfer or sell, or in any way use any commercial use or any inherently impersonal use of the information or news, content, programs, systems, or products obtained or made available to the user through the website and/or the mobile application and using the service. The user undertakes to use the website and/or the mobile application and its functions and service for legitimate purposes and in accordance with the present terms and conditions. The user undertakes, in particular, not to transmit or publish, through the website and/or the mobile application and its functions, unlawful, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, offensive or annoying content, nor to use the site and its functions to perform any actions that may cause harm to the image and reputation of the site and/or the mobile application. Additionally, the user agrees not to send advertising materials and/or unwanted and/or intrusive communications that may interfere with the functionality and/or use of the website and/or the mobile application by any third party.

The user acknowledges and understands all information, data, software, content, music, sounds, photographs, images, videos, and any other content on the website and/or the mobile application ("The Content") are the exclusive property of the website and/or the mobile application and the license holders. With the exception of using the mobile application as mentioned in Section 3, the user does not acquire any rights over the content, website and/or application, and his/her/their only right is to use the website and/or the mobile application in accordance with these terms and conditions. User may print and/or download the content (including terms and conditions) for personal use only.

Moreover, the site and/or the mobile application does not exercise control over the content, information, services and/or products offered by these linked sites. The website and/or the mobile application shall not be responsible for the reliability, accuracy, and updating of the information published on these linked sites. The user acknowledges that the use of these sites will be at his/her/their own risk. • Payment: When the user makes the purchase, he/she/they authorizes the site and/or the mobile application to withdraw the amount (including the value of the services or reservation, fees and taxes) from the bank card that he/she/they provided the site and/or the mobile application with.
• Description of services and reservations offered: Vetwork undertakes those descriptions of all services and reservations listed detail and describe accurately the services and reservations offered for sale.
• Other information: You acknowledge and undertake that any information you provide to us, other members, or visitors to the website and/or the mobile application (a) is not false, inaccurate, misleading, obscene, or defamatory, (b) is not fraudulent, (c) does not involve selling counterfeit or stolen goods, (d) does not violate copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, rights of publicity, or privacy of any third party, or any other right, and (e) does not violate any law, legislation, decree or regulation, including but not limited to those that govern consumer protection, unfair competition, or false advertising, and do not contain any viruses or any programs aimed at destroying, interfering with, intercepting or confiscating any system, data or personal information.

• Disclosure of information: You agree that we may report any activity we suspect violates any law or regulation to the competent authorities, regulators, or other relevant parties. We will cooperate to ensure that violators are prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• No Guarantee except for the express guaranties stipulated in these terms and conditions. This website and/or the mobile application and services are provided without any guarantees of any kind. It does not make any guarantees in relation to the programs, tickets, reservations, events, and services offered on the site and/or the mobile application.
• Disclaimer: We bear no liability whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of profits or any amounts and costs incurred, or costs incurred by you as a result of the event being postponed.
• Change or suspension of the website and/or the app: Vetwork reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the website and/or the mobile application or any part of the website and/or the mobile application with or without notice. You agree that we will not be liable towards you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinue of the site or any services under these terms and conditions for any reason. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to our service, and the operation of our site may be affected by multiple factors beyond our control. In addition, the website and/or app may not be available during certain periods of time while it is being updated and modified. During this time, the website and/or app will be temporarily unavailable.
• Notifications: Except as expressly provided otherwise, all Vetwork notices must be sent through the email form on the website and/or the mobile application through the "Contact Us" link. Otherwise, we will send all notices to the email address you provided to us during the registration process. This notification will be deemed to have been delivered within one business day of sending the email.

8- Refund and cancellation policy

• Vetwork guarantee: When you book appointment on the site, Vetwork guarantees that you will receive the appointment you paid for in time. In the rare cases where a problem arises and the vet does not provide you with the services booked, Vetwork, at its sole and absolute discretion, will review the comparable prices services and offer you alternative services at no additional cost, or refund the cost of the services to you. "Comparable Price" alternative tickets are determined by Vetwork at its sole and absolute discretion.
• All sales are final: Cancellation, modification or exchange are not accepted, and no refunds will be made as a result of cancelling or modifying the date, time, or place of the appointment.

9- Selection of applicable law and exclusive jurisdiction

The terms and conditions and the relationship between the user and the website and/or the mobile application, to the extent permitted by the applicable regulations, are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. With regard to what is permissible under the applicable regulations and international agreements, the two parties agree that the settlement of any dispute that may arise between them will be in accordance with the terms and conditions. The relationship that arises between them will be according to the jurisdiction of the courts at the location of Main Office of www.vetwork.app and/or the Vetwork app in Riyadh.
